Everything was perfect and all was fixed. My only issue/concern is just that both times they came in to the apartment I was not home which is completely fine but there was no note left letting me know that they had been inside and what they fixed. I already spoke with Jeff about this, I just wanted to still fill out the survey! Thank you for everything!

The guys are great! Had my AC fixed within 20 minutes and gave me peace of mind as I was heading out of town and worried about my cat. Thanks to them I didn’t worry at all. Thanks to all of you for keeping us taken care of.

It was the outside breezeway lights at 4255 and when I saw Gary by chance at the mailboxes he was fantastic and inquired if they were all good to go etc.

Greg, one of the maintenance employees, is an amazing person, is always friendly and my dog has even taken akin to him, and he showed her attention and love, Greg always has a smile on my face and treats me as more than a tenant but as a friend.

Jay and the team at Birchwood Park Apartments are resident focused and always make sure we are taken care of. Whether it’s a maintenance request or another issue, they always will get it resolved immediately. The maintenance team is top notch as well. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I work from home 5 days a week. Being at the property, I can easily say this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever been at. Thanks for all you do!
