UPDATE 02/25: I must admit that since Jeff, the new community manager, got in charge of the roach situation and did full inspection of the apt complex, as well as requested a change of the pest control person, things finally got better. I rarely see a roach in my unit anymore. We appreciate living in decent conditions now, please keep up the good work.

First of all I hadn’t even yet made the service request and it was detected on the routine inspection/air filter change…
Then “Steve” was the greatest, efficient and professional and now my toilet no longer rumbles loudly, I’m very appreciative😍

Everything was perfect and all was fixed. My only issue/concern is just that both times they came in to the apartment I was not home which is completely fine but there was no note left letting me know that they had been inside and what they fixed. I already spoke with Jeff about this, I just wanted to still fill out the survey! Thank you for everything!

The guys are great! Had my AC fixed within 20 minutes and gave me peace of mind as I was heading out of town and worried about my cat. Thanks to them I didn’t worry at all. Thanks to all of you for keeping us taken care of.
